It means being a makeup enthusiast and *sometimes* makeup artist.
It means being a fashion lover and *sometimes* model.
It means being the oldest sibling, oldest grandkid, and 1st to graduate college.
It means being the girl in art class who was too shy to show off her work, so she’d run to the other side of the room when her classmates would look at her work.
But now being Shani Monique means being ready to be seen, and acknowledged for all that I am.
